AN ACT CONCERNING THE GRANTING OF LIMITED PRESCRIPTIVE
AUTHORITY TO NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS TO IMPROVE
PATIENT ACCESS TO CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the practice of 1
advanced naturopathic care and grant limited prescriptive authority to 2
naturopathic physicians engaged in advanced naturopathic care to 3
improve patient access to care. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To advance the practice of naturopathy and improve patient access to
care by granting limited prescriptive authority to naturopathic
physicians.
