AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY
THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioners of Emergency Services and Public 1
Protection, Consumer Protection and Transportation jointly study 2
regulations adopted by the Department of Motor Vehicles and make 3
recommendations to the joint standing committee of the General 4
Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation not 5
later than July 1, 2010, with regards to modernizing and streamlining 6
said regulations. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To modernize and streamline regulations adopted by the Department
of Motor Vehicles.
