AN ACT CONCERNING ON -DEMAND CONCIERGE SERVICES BY
TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expend moneys from the 1
Special Transportation Fund and any money received from the federal 2
government to support on -demand concierge services by 3
transportation network companies in rural areas and other areas not 4
served by public transportation. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To use transportation funds to support on-demand concierge services
by transportation network companies and provide affordable
transportation options to persons who do not drive and who live in
areas not served by public transportation.
