AN ACT CONCERNING A PENALTY FOR ILLEGALLY PARKING IN A
SPACE EQUIPPED WITH A PUBLIC ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
STATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 16-19ggg of the general statutes be 1
amended to establish a penalty for parking a motor vehicle that is 2
fueled by gasoline in a space equipped with a public electric vehicle 3
charging station. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a penalty for parking a motor vehicle fueled by gasoline in
a space equipped with a public electric charging station.
