AN ACT PROMOTING DRIVER SAFETY ON THE MERRITT PARKWAY
AND WILBUR CROSS PARKWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation be required to reinstall 1
"Keep Right Except to Pass" signs on the Merritt Parkway and Wilbur 2
Cross Parkway. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To promote driver safety by requiring the Department of
Transportation reinstall "Keep Right Except to Pass" signs on the
Merritt Parkway and Wilbur Cross Parkway.
