AN ACT AUTHORIZING ALLIANCE DISTRICT FUNDING FOR THE
TOWN OF GROTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, the Comptroller shall 1
pay to the town of Groton an amount equal to the difference between 2
what such town was entitled to receive pursuant to section 10-262h of 3
the general statutes as a result of being designated an alliance district 4
pursuant to section 10-262u of the general statutes during the fiscal 5
years ending June 30, 2018, and June 30, 2019, and what such town was 6
paid pursuant to section 10-62i of the general statutes. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide unpaid alliance district funding to the town of Groton.
