AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DELIVERY OF ELECTRONIC NICOTINE
DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS TO MINORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53-344b of the general statutes be amended to require 1 Proposed Bill No. 5975
LCO No. 2736 2 of 2
Internet retailers that sell electronic nicotine delivery systems or vapor 2
products to require the signature of an individual eighteen years of age 3
or older upon delivery of such systems or products. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require Internet retailers to require the signature of an individual
eighteen years of age or older upon delivery of electronic nicotine
delivery systems or vapor products.
