AN ACT REQUIRING THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD TO
CEASE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A QUALITY
RATING AND IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD
EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 184c of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Office of Early Childhood to cease development and implementation 2
of a quality rating and improvement system for early childhood 3
education programs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To stop the development and implementation of a quality rating and
improvement system for early childhood education programs.
