AN ACT CONCERNING THE FORMULA FOR THE EDUCATION COST -
SHARING GRANT AND THE EQUITABLE FUNDING OF SMALL
TOWNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to revise 1
the equalization aid grant formula to provide equitable funding to 2
small towns. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To revise the education cost-sharing grant formula for the purpose of
equitably funding small towns.
