AN ACT CONCERNING THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
ON THE FOREST PRACTICES ADVISORY BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 23-65g of the general statutes be amended to specify the 1
requisite qualifications for the nine public members of the Forest 2
Practices Advisory Board. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To specify qualifications for the appointed members of the Forest
Practices Advisory Board.
