AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF LEGHOLD AND BODY
CRUSHING TRAPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of leghold 1
and body-crushing traps in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of leghold and body-crushing traps.
