AN ACT AUTHORIZING LOCAL CONTROL OF ANIMAL TRAPPING
AND HUNTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to 1
regulate hunting and trapping within the boundaries of such 2
municipality. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to regulate hunting and trapping.
