AN ACT ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR ADEQUATE SHELTER
FOR DOGS DURING ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish requirements for 1
the provision of adequate shelter for dogs during adverse weather 2
conditions. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish requirements for the provision of adequate shelter for
dogs during adverse weather conditions.
