AN ACT PROHIBITING WILDLIFE TRAFFICKING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale and 1
purchase of products and parts of wildlife species, including ivory and 2
shark fins. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit wildlife trafficking.
