AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE DESIGN OF
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WEST HAVEN SENIOR CENTER IN WEST
HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
five hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4
the Department of Social Services for the purpose of providing a grant-5
in-aid to the city of West Haven for the design of improvements to the 6
West Haven Senior Center. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the design of improvements to the West
Haven Senior Center in West Haven.
