AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A GRANT -IN-AID
TO THE CONNECTICUT FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS INDEMNITY
COMPANY, LLC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one billion dollars, provided one hundred million dollars of said 4
authorization shall be available on July first of each fiscal year for ten 5
years beginning with the fiscal year that begins July 1, 2019, the 6
proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Housing for the 7
purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the Connecticut Foundation 8
Solutions Indemnity Company, LLC. 9
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a grant-in-aid to the Connecticut Foundation
Solutions Indemnity Company, LLC.
