AN ACT CONCERNING MANUFACTURER PERMITS FOR BEER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to allow the 1
holder of a manufacturer permit for beer to sell twenty-four liters of 2
beer in sealed bottles or other sealed containers per person per day for 3
consumption off the permit premises. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit breweries to sell at retail a case of larger-format beer cans or
beer bottles.
