AN ACT CONCERNING POLLING PLACES THAT SERVE MULTIPLE
VOTING DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that, 1
whenever a single polling place has been designated to serve multiple 2
voting districts, the registrars of voters of the municipality in which 3
such polling place is located shall ensure that ballots of different colors 4
are used for the different voting districts. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To differentiate voting districts' ballots by color when multiple voting
districts are served by a single polling place.
