AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN UPDATES TO ELECTION
ADMINISTRATION LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to make various 1
updates to election administration laws concerning (1) training of 2
certain election officials, (2) admission of electors and maintenance of 3
registry lists, and (3) residential status of tabulator tenders. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To make certain updates to election administration laws.
