AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN THIRD -PARTY
ADMINISTRATOR FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-479 and 38a-479b of the general statutes be 1
amended to subject dentists, dental plans and procedures to fee 2
transparency requirements that apply to contracts between other 3
providers and contracting health organizations. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To subject dentists, dental plans and procedures to fee transparency
requirements that apply to contracts between other providers and
contracting health organizations.
