AN ACT INCREASING THE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (t) of section 52-352b of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the homestead exemption from seventy-five 2
thousand dollars to two hundred fifty thousand dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the homestead exemption.
