AN ACT CONCERNING BOARDS OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS
ESTABLISHED BY SPECIAL ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-274 of the general statutes be amended to permit a 1
municipality that established a board of police commissioners by 2
special act of the legislature to incorporate such special act into such 3
municipality's municipal code by ordinance. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to incorporate certain special acts into
municipal code by ordinance.
