AN ACT CONCERNING A COLLABORATIVE ARRANGEMENT
BETWEEN PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS AND PHYSICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a collaborative 1
arrangement between physician assistants and physicians. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To improve access to and efficiencies in the health care system through
a collaborative arrangement between physician assistants and
physicians.
