AN ACT ALLOWING CHIROPRACTORS TO CLEAR STUDENT
ATHLETES FOR PARTICIPATION IN AN ATHLETIC EVENT AFTER A
CONCUSSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow chiropractors to clear 1
student athletes for participation in an intramural or interscholastic 2
athletic activity after being diagnosed with or displaying signs of 3
having suffered a concussion. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow chiropractors to clear student athletes for play after
concussions.
