AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY ANAPHYLAXIS
AND THE FOOD ALLERGY EPIDEMIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study anaphylaxis and the food 1
allergy epidemic with the aim of building capacity within the 2
Department of Public Health to provide resources and programming 3
that responds to the safety and inclusion needs of the allergic 4
community in public, restaurants, schools and in the health care 5
system. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To study anaphylaxis and the food allergy epidemic.
