AN ACT ALLOWING THE SALE OF FIRECRACKERS, ROMAN
CANDLES, BOTTLENECK ROCKETS AND SIMILAR FIREWORKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to allow the 1
sale of firecrackers, roman candles, bottleneck rockets and similar 2
fireworks. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the sale of firecrackers, roman candles, bottleneck rockets
and similar fireworks.
