AN ACT RAISING AWARENESS AMONG MOTORISTS ABOUT THE
DANGERS OF FALLING TREES NEAR ROADWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner 1
of Transportation launch a public awareness campaign in October to 2
inform motorists of the dangers presented by falling trees near 3
roadways. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To educate motorists about the dangers presented by falling trees near
roadways.
