AN ACT CONCERNING AN ELDER ABUSE REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Division of State 1
Police within the Department of Emergency Services and Public 2
Protection to create and maintain a registry of individuals who have 3
been convicted of abuse of an elderly person. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create an elder abuse registry of individuals who have been
convicted of abuse of an elderly person.
