AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MULTIPURPOSE SENIOR CENTER PILOT
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to direct the 1
Commissioner of Rehabilitation Services to develop a pilot program to 2
establish a multipurpose senior center, as defined in 42 USC 3002, and 3
a working group to provide assistance to senior centers and municipal 4
agents for elderly persons. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To create a pilot program to establish a multipurpose senior center
model.
