AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH SERVICES
AND SEXUAL HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT
OF EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 163 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
State Board of Education to include the role of consent in sexual 2
relationships as part of the Comprehensive Health Services and Sexual 3
Health Services provided by the Department of Education. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the State Board of Education to include the role of consent
in sexual relationships as part of the Comprehensive Health Services
and Sexual Health Services provided by the Department of Education.
