AN ACT CONCERNING THE FULL FUNDING OF SPECIAL
EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the state to provide funding for the full cost of special education. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to pay the full cost of special education.
