AN ACT CONCERNING PARITY IN THE SCHOOL READINESS
PROGRAM RATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-16q of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
parity in the rate of pay for school readiness programs and require that 2
school readiness programs follow the rate established by the 3
Commissioner of Early Childhood. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish parity in the rate for the school readiness program.
