AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENROLLMENT OF STUDENTS WITH
IEPS AT TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND CAREER SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-76q of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Technical Education and Career System to accept and enroll 2
students with individualized education programs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Technical Education and Career System to accept and
enroll students with individualized education programs.
