AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF MENTAL HEALTH
AWARENESS IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL CURRICULUM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-16b of the general statutes be amended to require 1
that the health curriculum of the prescribed courses of study for public 2
schools include mental health awareness. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the public school health curriculum to include mental
health awareness.
