AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF MICROGRIDS IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of 1
microgrids in the state that makes recommendations regarding 2
whether the state's criteria and priorities for promoting the expansion 3
of microgrids should be changed. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require a study of microgrids in the state.
