AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF ENERGY STORAGE PROJECTS
AND DISTRIBUTED GENERATION IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of energy 1
storage projects and distributed generation in the state that includes 2
recommendations regarding pilot programs, other incentive programs 3
and whether changes should be made to state energy procurements to 4
promote energy storage projects in the state. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require a study of energy storage projects and distributed
generation in the state.
