AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE BUILDING CODE TO HAVE
REQUIREMENTS TO IMPROVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
State Building Code to have requirements to improve energy efficiency 2
in new construction and remodeling. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the State Building Code to have requirements to improve
energy efficiency in new construction and remodeling.
