AN ACT CONCERNING ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-20a of the general statutes be amended to apply to 1
additional facilities like demolition debris storage areas, contractor 2
yards that store sand and silica and car and metal scrap yards. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the environmental justice law to apply to additional
facilities in order to have public input on the sighting of such facilities
in communities covered by the law.
