AN ACT CONCERNING WATER AS A PUBLIC TRUST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to protect water as a public 1
trust while offering farmers and horticulture businesses some measure 2
of protection during times of water restrictions. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect water as a public trust and protect farming and horticultural
businesses.
