AN ACT EXEMPTING SPORTS CLUB AND RECREATION CLUB
MEMBERSHIP DUES AND INITIATION FEES FROM TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-543 of the general statutes be amended to exempt all 1
sports club and recreation club membership dues and initiation fees 2
from the dues or initiation fees tax. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt all sports club and recreation club membership dues and
initiation fees from the dues or initiation fees tax.
