AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE POOL AT
ELM RIDGE PARK IN ROCKY HILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Economic and Community Development for the purpose of providing 5
a grant-in-aid to the town of Rocky Hill for improvements to the Parks 6
and Recreation pool at Elm Ridge Park in Rocky Hill. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for improvements to the Parks and Recreation
pool at Elm Ridge Park in Rocky Hill.
