AN ACT RESTORING THE FILM AND DIGITAL MEDIA TAX CREDIT
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to restore the film 1
and digital media tax credit program as it was originally established. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To restore the film and digital media tax credit program.
