AN ACT CONCERNING FARM WINERY PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 545 of the general statutes be amended to allow a farm 1
winery permittee to use grapes from any Connecticut farm in the 2
manufacture of the farm winery permittee's wine. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a farm winery permittee to use grapes from any Connecticut
farm in the manufacture of the farm winery permittee's wine.
