AN ACT CONCERNING POST -ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE
AUDITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-7b of the general statutes be amended to (1) permit 1
representatives of the candidate to be present during any post-election 2
campaign finance audit of such candidate's committee, and (2) require 3
the State Elections Enforcement Commission to publish the list of all 4
candidate committees selected for audit pursuant to the commission's 5
lottery process. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To permit campaign representatives to be present during a post-
election campaign finance audit and require publication of all the
candidate committees selected via lottery to be so audited.
