AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR CRIMES
OF SEXUAL ASSAULT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to extend the statute 1
of limitations to prosecute crimes of sexual assault. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the time limitation for prosecution of sexual assault.
