AN ACT CONCERNING CAPTIVE AUDIENCE MEETINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit an employer from 1
coercing employees into attending or participating in meetings 2
sponsored by the employer concerning the employer's views on 3
political or religious matters. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit an employer from coercing employees into attending or
participating in meetings sponsored by the employer concerning the
employer's views on political or religious matters.
