AN ACT CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
AND CHILD ENTICEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
penalties for child pornography and child enticement offenses. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase certain penalties for crimes against children.
