Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-352 of the general statutes be amended to clarify the 1
optional estate planning powers set forth in a power of attorney 2
document. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify the optional estate planning powers set forth in a power of
attorney document.
