AN ACT ESTABLISHING FIRE DEPARTMENT INSPECTION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 7-310a of the general statutes be amended to require 1 each municipal and volunteer fire department to report annually by 2 February first to the Connecticut Fire Academy and the chief operating 3 officer, highest-ranking elected official and legislative body of the 4 municipality in which such department is located, information 5 concerning each apparatus that was inspected in the previous calendar 6 year and the results of such inspection. 7 Statement of Purpose: To require fire departments to report information regarding certain inspections.
