AN ACT RAISING THE LEGAL AGE FOR SMOKING AND VAPING TO
TWENTY-ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the legal age to 1
purchase and use tobacco, electronic nicotine delivery systems and 2
vapor products to twenty-one. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the age for smoking and vaping.
